National Youth Leadership Training

Green Bar – National Youth Leadership Training is THE council level training experience for your youth leaders. It is a week long, newly redesigned, youth led and filled with spirit opportunity for YOUR scouts to learn the latest leadership skills and techniques. This course will make a difference in the lives of your leaders, and in the life of your troop. Participants must be at least 13 years old, have at least two summer camps under their belts, have achieved the rank of First Class, and have a strong desire to become a better leader.
